Gas Mask Training day 2 - 20 x under arm pull ups, 20 explosive jumping jacks, 1 x 200 meter run, 20 tyre flips (80kg), 10 elephant walks with push up

5 exercises with gas mask on, no breaks between exercise

20 seconds break after round one

Repeat two times

Gas mask training will get your breathing under control and help with lung stamina, it can be used during running, cycling (preferably stationary) and other workouts.
